Costumes

Players are expected to wear a costume fitting their character. The costumes can be as wild and extravagant as your imagination allows. We encourage you to go all out in colors and extravagance. We ask you to refrain from too much white and gray as these colors represent the dementia traits of Frederik Crow and we will use these colors in the game to show the decline of the world the characters live in (see Themes Explained).

Please be aware that this larp is set to have confrontations in various ways. This means physical contact and conflict scenes. You should be able to move comfortably in your costume. Some players might wish to wear make-up and prosthetic parts. Sometimes this is to clarify they play an animal or fantastic creature. However, no full animal-masks/makeup or full animal costume is wanted in this larp. Body language, facial expression and representation are the most important factors. The representation can be done with prostheses, make-up, wigs and costume parts like fur, feathers, tails etc. Avoid any full suits or masks. Small prosthetics are allowed: full or partial face masks not.

If it is logical for your character and costume, you are allowed to have a weapon. Weapons can only be larp safe and are NEVER to be used indoors and without previous coordination. They can be used to have a duel for instance between 2 characters, but we wish to keep the usage of weapons to an absolute minimum. This is not a larp focussed on fights, please take this into consideration when deciding this.
