Refund and cancellation policy

If you cancel your participation 6 months before the start of your run of the event you are entitled to a full refund -50 euros administration costs. We will then ask someone on the waiting list to fill your spot who is then able to pay and enter the event.

If you cancel after this date, your paid installments will not be refunded under any condition. 

Tickets are NOT transferable to other people and the organization will recast this ticket to someone else. 

Only after clear agreement of the organization, tickets can be transferred from one player to another.
